Callyope is a voice analysis application whose objective is to monitor symptom changes for patients suffering from psychiatric disorders.
Callyope values your privacy. This privacy policy governs how we collect, use, transfer, and store your personal data. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes or sold to private companies. We apply the highest security and privacy standards to protect your data.

All data is collected based on consent. Callyope ensures the validity of your consent by explaining the terms of use when the application is downloaded and your account is created. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
In the Callyope application, there are 2 types of users: the subject and the investigator. When you log into the application, your access will depend on your status:

Callyope collects only data necessary for the service and features you have authorized in the paper consent form. This includes:
We collect your email address when creating your Callyope account to identify you in the app.
Answers to questionnaires and the associated scores, as well as voice recordings are transferred in real-time. In some rare cases, they may be stored locally on your phone if there is a loss of internet connection. These files are automatically deleted once the connection is restored and the files are sent to the server.
We store these data with providers who are Health Data Hosting certified (HdS in French).
We collect information about interactions and activities performed with your collected data and we secure them on our secure clouds (HdS).
We keep connection logs to monitor Callyope’s traffic and protect you from potential cyber attacks.
Callyope requires permissions to read and write health data from other applications. Only necessary permissions will be requested.
Only necessary data is collected and processed. They will be neither sold to private companies nor used for advertising.
Data is encrypted and stored in a certified Health Data Hosting provider (HdS) whose servers are located in France. These encrypted data are pseudonymized and cannot be used by third parties.
Data is stored on Callyoper’s servers until you request to remove/change them or after 3 years of account inactivity on the application.
You may request data corrections at any time. Passwords can be directly changed in the app.
You can request at any time the deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@callyope.com with your account email and name.
You can request a copy of all the data you provided to Callyope by emailing contact@callyope.com with "Right to Data Portability" in the subject line.The right to data portability also involves granting access to your data to another investigator.
If your data is deleted by Callyope, you will receive an email to inform you. You can exercise your rights within the timeframe specified in the email.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at contact@callyope.com. We will remove your data from our servers.
Only Callyope is responsible for storing and analyzing your data to calibrate its prediction model.
Your personal account data is not shared or sold to commercial or advertising entities.
This privacy policy may occasionally be updated. We will inform you via the application or email.
